Ingredients:
W.W. Catnip, W.W. Lemon Balm, W.W. Mint, Lavender buds, and Chamomile
How to use:
- Place your sleep pillow under your pillow during the daytime.
- You can place it beside your pillow, in the corner of the bed, on your nightstand, or hang it from the headboard at night. Over time, you will learn which one works best for you.
- About twenty minutes before you sleep, squeeze the pillow three times to activate the herb mixture.
- Enjoy the claiming aroma as you close your eyes and drift to sleep.
